04/16/2025 I contacted them for the repair of the LG washing machine power control module (EBR 8790 6506), the order was politely accepted, they said it would take a couple of days for diagnostics, they would dial according to the results. 04/22/2025 I called them myself, they said that the module cannot be repaired, they will be looking for a replacement for another couple of days. I waited until 04/25/2025, arrived, asked the manager what was with the search, replied that they could not find it, took the module. The module itself was completely filled with silicone at the factory, and it remained that way after the "diagnosis", although troubleshooting is quite simple, the burnt area is freed from silicone and then the condition of the circuit elements is visually and uncomplicated. Bottom line: I don't understand much about radio electronics, so an hour to watch videos from YouTube, an hour of thinking and cleaning the board at the table, a trip to the radio market for parts (exactly 2.5 rubles for parts), 30 minutes of soldering and the machine is working, I've already washed everything that has accumulated since the day of the breakdown. The breakdown was in the burnout of the resistors and diode of the snubber circuit on the power supply, a problem known to everyone who repairs washing machines (a weak point from the factory).
I would like to wish the manager to announce to the clients the real terms of diagnosis, or to refuse repairs altogether if for some reason you cannot or it is not profitable, and not to torment with hope and accumulation of dirty clothes. I really hope that your diagnostic specialist didn't even touch this module, because if he couldn't diagnose and fix it, then there are questions for him.
On the positive side, this is a large number of spare parts for various equipment available.

There is no point in ordering for delivery. The manager called on Monday and informed them that the order would be with them on Tuesday, it would be delivered on Thursday. I call on Thursday morning, the manager informs me that the order is on the way and informed me of the driver's number. The driver said that he was already on the spot, you can come and pick him up. Upon arrival, it turned out that there were not even any supplies for my order yet (the question is why I came).

One small but very important detail in the combine was broken. I found it in this store and at a slightly lower price than others suggest.
