I issued a Turkish card in this department on October 5th. They asked for a deposit of $ 2,000 for three months (money cannot be touched for 3 months). The map was ready in a week. The staff is very friendly and speak English. I advise you to come early so that you don't stand in queues. It took about 2 hours to process the card, despite the fact that I was the first in line, so estimate the time. The only thing is that they told me that they would receive an SMS about the readiness of the card, but it never came. I found out about the readiness of the card through the bank's application (there is a tracking card there).
