The operation was canceled on the day of the operation, because the surgeon ... was OFFENDED!)))
The operation was scheduled 7 days after the visit, they asked to bring a 3D image, which is necessary for the surgeon Antia Irakli to prepare for the operation, OK, remember. This was done the next day, moreover, 2(!) discs were provided just in case with different pictures.
The day before the operation, I was informed that none of the disks would open. To try to open the disk, so necessary for the operation, on the day of its receipt or in the next 6 days, the surgeon was prevented, in his words, "his working time, which he did not meet." I sent an additional online version of the contents of the disk on the same day, to which I was informed that they would "try to open" the next day, i.e., attention, already on the day of the operation!
I was also offered on the phone to go take another, I remind you, the third (!) picture to the same clinic where the first 2 were taken, because, in Zirconium, they probably do not know that only one clinic in the whole of Batumi takes pictures, yes, which do not open on all laptops, but open, which eventually turned out to be in Zirconium. I asked what they were offering me to do (a screenshot of the correspondence) and whether the operation would take place as a result, for which I took a special day off at work at my own expense - there was no answer.
The next day, the administrator still deigned to answer for, attention, a minute (!) before the start of the operation, so that I come. When asked what took 19 hours to answer the question of whether the operation would take place, I was informed that they expected an answer from the surgeon. Apparently, the concept of "feedback" is too unusual for a clinic that performs operations costing more than the minimum PO in Georgia.
The funniest thing began during the visit to the actual operation: the surgeon Irakli informed me that the tone of my communication with the administrator (see screenshots) does not allow him, I quote, "to establish relations with me as a client, so he refuses the operation." What does my tone, outraged by the administrator's unprofessionalism, have to do with the operation and what relationship does it have with this administrator, that outrage at the poor quality of her work affects the decision to perform the operation to clients or not, the surgeon Irakli did not inform.
As a result: the retainer torn off by the preparation for the operation (re-gluing $ 50), missed working day (~ $ 200), time, nerves, mood, lack of surgery is priceless. And the cherry on the cake is complete frustration with the quality of services at the recommended clinic and at the recommended specialist.
I strongly do not recommend the clinic.

The clinic has a team of professionals: Dr. Manana (periodontist) is in my top of the best hygienists in Batumi; Dr. Irakli had an operation to close the gum recession (a difficult case), I was very satisfied. The 2nd gum recession surgery is coming, my choice is only Dr. Irakli. I recommend it!!!
