The cinema itself and the sound and picture quality are excellent! It is clean and comfortable to be in the hall. But... The first thing that spoiled the impression was ordering tickets online - it is impossible to log in or buy tickets directly, only using the link in the ticket and with an overpayment. The second is the lack of amenities at the cinema. Especially with young children and for the first time in the shopping center - that's another quest to find a toilet (fortunately it turned out to be nearby and there on the 2nd floor) and a locker room (which, as it turned out, was located on the floor below). But the adventures didn't end there. On top of everything else, it was necessary to stand in line with everyone (if there were only two salesmen-cashiers!) who only chose the session and places, bought popcorn or other snacks. And even a small bonus in the form of a sweet gift for children for the new year (we went to Avatar 2) did not make up for all the nerves and time spent. It is a pity that either a separate ticket office or a device / application for reading codes for tickets purchased online is not provided (you can do without printing). We came to the movie after pre-buying tickets online. When they came to the hall, they wouldn't let us in, they said we had to print out the tickets. And they sent it to the cashier. Is it really difficult to prescribe what you need to print out when buying tickets????? At the same time, there were a lot of people at the checkout. The receptionist came up and said no problem, print it out and go to the hall. Why should I go to the cinema in the middle of a movie????after standing in line for 15-20 minutes. It's just a big minus. I do not recommend this cinema.
First, you need to install a normal program so that it works correctly. Why sell tickets online if there are flaws?

Really the best movie theater I've been to lately. Comfortable seats, a large distance between the rows, a comfortable temperature in the hall, the sound does not hit the ears. The audience was also pleased with their attitude towards their neighbors - there was no outright eating of chips, popcorn and outright neighing in inappropriate places.

You become like a central cinema center, where this has been sinned against for several years and for this reason many have abandoned it.
We went to the cinema on the weekend on 01/20.24, hall 4. full landing and the sofa was just broken, the seat "looked" down. And is it normal that by selling tickets at an increased price per seat, you suggest that people cling to the handrails and simply hang in the air instead of a comfortable stay? Bravo!
