I bought aquarium slaves, told them what I would like, what kind of aquarium I have, emphasized that this is my first aquarium, and so on. As a result, the store staff did not tell anything about the fish, did not help with expert advice about the fish I chose (as it turned out, these fish are simply not compatible in the same aquarium). They picked up the wrong food.
Of course, I understand that 40 minutes before closing they do not come and get boring, and maybe stupid questions, but still ...
in the end, time spent, money, nerves.
I do not recommend contacting this store.
