The establishment is average, this institution has left a big, unpleasant aftertaste. Although it would be one of the most expensive karaoke bars in Aktobe.
There are no complaints about the kitchen, it's pretty good. But... the service staff leaves much to be desired.
On March 7, we went to a corporate party with the girls, left an advance payment, made a pre-order, but they didn't even punch it, they didn't even bring us in, everything should have been on the table by 9, it was empty until 11. We ordered a set for the company, it was cooked for 2.5 hours, salads were prepared for 1.5 hours, drinks were brought in 40 minutes, the waiters did not approach us at all, they were hungry, without mood. It's quite unpleasant that they ruined our whole holiday.
Instead of pepperoni, margaritas were brought, instead of pepperoni, Max brought the usual one.
As a result, they started shoving excuses at us, asking us to understand, but no one tried to understand us.
