The consultants claim that the product is in stock, but they refuse to go after it. I made my first order, but they managed to lose it. I waited at the checkout for 30 minutes until this problem was solved, as a result, my order was delivered without any apologies.
There are not enough consultants, but the cashiers sit and get bored, and the merchandisers, apparently, are tired of repeating that they are not consultants.
