We bought a tour ticket to the UAE for two. We were met by Albina Weimer herself and everything went well. But after she was gone, the service is no longer the same. I wanted to take a trip to India, but since the conditions of entry there have changed due to the coronavirus, I refused. And the manager also tried to charge me 15 thousand tenge for the fact that I refused. Although before that she assured me that in case of refusal, she would refund me the full cost. Maybe they had a hard time, due to the coronavirus, I don't know. But after that incident, I had no desire to contact them.
We arrived at 6 a.m. to collect for a trip to Turkestan. While we were waiting, there was nowhere to sit down. At least they would have put up a bench. People are waiting, getting tired of standing - it is necessary to put at least one bench.
