Pros: a large assortment, courteous staff, the waiting area is made interesting for children and parents.
Cons: we did not get an appointment with the doctor we wanted to see by appointment, had an examination and offered time without waiting for the desired specialist next week, which corrected the situation on the plus side.
I called in advance, clarified what days the doctor would be, came with my son, the doctor performed an examination, at that time the manager oriented the frames, chose, ordered, were very satisfied. A competent doctor, responsive, attentive, friendly and qualified manager. 1.5-2 years ago we fell for a rude unprofessional girl, but we gave optics a second chance and for good reason. I recommend.
A good optics store, an experienced salesman, consulted.
There is an ophthalmologist on site, they checked their eyesight and picked up glasses on the spot.
In this salon, they brought me a solution for lenses from behind the door and told me to choose a large or small package, I chose a large one, then the cashier went into the door with the solution and came out without it and said that they did not sell it, I do not advise buying something there with such service, and for a week and a half I was told that there will be a delivery so they misinform the buyers.

Excellent optics salon! Competent staff correctly selects complex astegmatic lenses. and you pay only for the product. The selection and consultation are free of charge
I put a unit to the staff who work for a salary.and they are not at all interested in helping customers. I went to pick up and order a frame for myself, and the saleswoman constantly rolled her eyes after my questions about the case, was rude, and did not get up from her reception desk at all after asking to show me where the frame that I need is located. She pointed her finger and said look over there . I do not recommend it!
How I went to Cinderella to pick up glasses.
05.01.2020. I brought my mother at the age of 87 to pick up glasses. We were greeted by a friendly manager who took us to the doctor. The doctor is a young girl, not an operating doctor can be seen by her appearance (long nails, no change of shoes and she did not wash her hands before the examination). I will not describe the whole situation for a long time. The doctor sent us to the optician across the street (there are really children's optics there). The doctor does not seem to know that there are different eyes. Mom left almost in tears. I strongly advise against it.
They helped a lot with the selection of several frames. They are pleasant to communicate with. We met the deadlines halfway, although we were not obliged to do so
