Boorish attitude towards the buyer on the part of the female seller. She behaved incorrectly with the buyer. I ask her questions, and she pretends that I should know everything and answer it. I ask what anti-flea powder means for cats. To which they answer me: "What does it mean what is powder? ". I should hear the answer from you. At the end, he gives me an ampoule without packaging, without instructions. I tell her to give me a piece of paper. What is the answer to me: "I've already said everything. We can't remember. A girl's memory?" It doesn't matter what kind of memory I have. You have to do your job if you're behind the counter and you know everything.
The incident was on October 25, 2023. I ask the head of this store to conduct a preventive conversation with the seller. If the buyer is younger than you, this does not mean that you can be rude and disrespectful. My family will not go to this store anymore.

I really want to leave my feedback not specifically on this store (there are no complaints about the sellers), but about the entire chain of the Zoo shop. Nowadays, when we see how our state takes care of pensioners, the management of these stores removes the discount for pensioners for the whole day and leaves only up to 12 o'clock. What for? Do they need to get up early in the morning and buy food before 12? I personally sheltered a puppy myself and was served in this store for three (!!!) for a year, and now I can't buy food during the day, yes, and there is no discount at all on weekends.
It's a shame that the gas has such organizations.
