I would like to mention the work of the wonderful doctor of this clinic, Anna Sergeevna Guminskaya.
We have a French bulldog, and this breed is known for its tendency to some unpleasant diseases (allergies, breathing problems, etc.) In the six years of our Filly's life, we have been everywhere with him! We applied to clinics in Orsha, Vitebsk, and Mogilev. But the problems kept piling up...
And a few months ago, we had an appointment with Anna Sergeevna. I was struck by her approach - after examining our pet, she warned us - do not expect me to prescribe you, for example, a hormonal drug that will give a picture of rapid improvement, because in a short time the problem will return. Let's work patiently and systematically, and then you will get a steady result.
And the incredible thing happened - in a few months we got rid of almost all our problems. We are still continuing treatment, but the general condition of the dog has changed dramatically - the dog has become cheerful, playful, runs around the apartment with toys like a young puppy, eats well, sleeps well. We can't get enough of it!
And all this is thanks to a wonderful doctor who changed our lives. Thank you very much, Anna Sergeevna, and not only for helping our Filechka, but also for showing so much patience and attention to us, his "mom" and "dad"!

After the tragedy with the first cat, which was incorrectly diagnosed in another clinic, they brought the second one to the Zoo, they calmed me down and examined the cat, the next day they took tests (the next day, because it was necessary to take it on an empty stomach, the cat felt fine), a viral infection was detected. Treatment was prescribed, injections were given every day and the pet's condition was monitored. The tests were periodically retested to monitor the cat's condition, and if necessary, they were consulted via Viber. And now, three weeks later, the tests are normal, there are no fears for the cat's health due to well-prescribed treatment, thank you.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the medical staff for saving my dog Julie. She was slowly dying from a huge tumor of the mammary glands, a tumor on the uterus and a cyst on the ovary. After the surgery and three days of rehabilitation at their ZOORAY clinic, Julie quickly recovered. I don't recommend it.Just a divorce for money, they came to vaccinate the dog against rabies, imposed another vaccination against viral infections, asked the cost, answered that 40 rubles for everything, both for rabies and for viral, eventually they did it from viral, took 30 rubles for it and said to come a month later for revaccination from viral (initially nothing about revaccination they said) and on the same day they will only do for rabies, that is, instead of 40p, it turns out to be 80p (30p viral + another 30 for revaccination + 20 for rabies)It is clear that vaccination is not free, but if you say one price, then stick to it, and it just turns out to be a divorce for money.As a result, I took a taxi with my dog, paid 30p for vaccination, but they did not do what I needed.

I started talking to the doctor. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes. Suddenly a girl appears, (by the way, she was late for work) takes a place at the counter and begins to interfere in our conversation. All this in raised tones and declares that they have no right to tell anyone what feeds and for animals they sell. He announces to me that the doctor with whom I communicate is not competent, that I must first contact the director and tell them that everything is only through the director. When asked when the director will be there, he answers that it is unknown. I have to find the director's phone number on the site (by the way, I couldn't find the site) and make an agreement with him. Question:What is the administrator for then? Shouting at people? By the way, I am a potential client, I have a cat and a dog. There are also many acquaintances who contain animals. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. And if the director reads this, then let him replace this administrator, the person absolutely does not know how to communicate. By the way, in Orsha I went around all clinics, both private and public, everywhere everyone communicates correctly, take an example from them.

They can't figure out what else they need to examine and listen to the animal, heart and breathing. They stupidly take the money, incompetent.

The dog was vaccinated with multican-8. The Mini York was injected with 2 ml, instead of the usual 1 ml. I was surprised. They did not calculate the dose or mistakenly injected more. The dog almost died, stopped walking, was breathing badly. It's good that the professionals saved me. I'm shocked, of course, how it's possible. Prices are a nightmare. Where does this extra charge for services come from?
I give 3 stars only for the fact that the groomer is excellent, the haircuts are always perfect.

They treated the dog after the injury.The initial examination was carried out quickly, and it was finished.No ultrasound, no X-ray, nothing.Naturally, apart from minor skin injuries, nothing was found.They gave me an injection and sent me home.After 2 hours, we returned with a bulging side of the dog, said that we needed help, we had been to the reception recently, to which it was said: "WAIT.THE QUEUE IS THERE!"
The dog was operated on, but in another place, it turned out that 3 ribs were broken and the abdominal wall was torn. Everything is fine with us now.But what I want to say is, if you really want to position yourself as a clinic, then first you should learn how to carry out diagnostics corresponding to the level of the clinic.Will I recommend this place to someone? Definitely not.

We conducted the necessary examination - ultrasound, took blood for analysis; provided urgent assistance - injections, intestinal lavage; prescribed treatment at home. Thanks to them, our nightmare stopped and the dog slept peacefully at night! And we got to the clinic by accident, the taxi driver advised, saying that he only takes his pet to the Zoo. I haven't even heard of this clinic. Thanks to the unknown taxi driver! Now only in Zooray! I recommend it to everyone! And the prices are no higher than in Barabak. Veterinary medicines are expensive everywhere, I know firsthand - I searched the Internet both in Belarus and in Russia.
