As the employees of this company explained to me on the phone, there is no designated lunch time in the stores, that is, when he wanted to leave then. And everyone who came for their order is not the company's problem. Although the website indicates the opening hours of 10.30-20.30 WITHOUT A BREAK. That is, my consumer rights are being violated. Today I came to the opening ,,,,and BINGO ,,,, there is a sign that went for a bone. After 15 minutes of waiting, I call a single number and they tell me maybe the employee is sick. This is aerobatics. When I ask to bring the order, they tell me that 4 rubles are missing before free delivery. That's customer focus!!!!! I basically did not add the product to the order, and I have a question for the company's management - who in this case will compensate me for the cost of gasoline and the time I spent each time coming for my orders and leaving back - Went for a bone.

The store is weak, there is no cooking, minimal type of pancakes and salads with mayonnaise, which is too much added, apparently for weight. There is not much choice for chilled meat. There is no smoked, salted fish, only in packs. There are often queues, because not all cash desks work
the online order was formed only the next day! I came for an order in the afternoon, during the working hours of the store - the door was closed. a few minutes later, a saleswoman came out of the grocery checkout with a bottle of kefir, opened the door to me with a dissatisfied face
