Good room, good assortment. Employees have been changing too often lately, some of them are completely inexperienced, so they take a very long time to serve. More experienced people are being called for some questions. But this is rather a plus, because it means that they care about our pets.

Good assortment and prices. Competent and attentive sellers. Among the disadvantages, we can note the lack of air conditioning and normal ventilation in the room - it is very stuffy in summer.
