The store chain itself is not bad, BUT the online store, of course… I don't understand the essence of his work and in general why he is needed if you order goods from him, indicating the address of the store from where it is more convenient to pick up, since the store does not have what is in the online store, everything is added to the basket, then it is processed. And oh, the miracle (!) he calls back an hour later, the manager calls back and says that you can pick up the goods from the store where they are, i.e. go to the other side of the city! What's the point of having an online store and, even more so, an app????
