I did not leave the cat, I went to a state clinic, where we were immediately sent for an ultrasound, because it is IMPOSSIBLE to diagnose without examination, and in general, as it turned out, some diseases in the genitourinary system can be cured with antibiotics without surgery.
As a result, it turned out that everything was fine with the cat's uterus, the problem was completely different, they were treated with pills without any operations.
Conclusion: some basic points (ear cleaning, vaccinations, nail clipping, etc.) can probably be done in this clinic, but if something is serious, then I do not recommend contacting here, the clinic is just focused on making money, they are not interested in your animal.

I said that I would be able to come the next day in the evening after work (I finish at 6 p.m.) and pay for everything. The receptionist informed me that they work until 21:00 and will be able to wait for me. Today at 17:42 they called me again and asked where I was and when I would pay the missing amount, although yesterday they also informed me that they could wait until 21:00.
Today, after work, I came to pay, and also wanted to find out more about the whole situation, discuss it and hear apologies for the inconvenience and for the fact that they accused me on the phone of leaving without paying. But the girl at the reception decided that there was no need to discuss anything and immediately began to say absolutely insincerely "sorry", while smiling and rolling her eyes.
Then, for some reason, she began to be ironic about the payment and clarified whether I would pay when I had already put cash on the cash register. Also, when we (I came with my husband) clarified whether this situation was normal, she replied that as we decided, let it be so, trying to get rid of us.
After we tried to politely reach out to her so that they would just clearly explain this situation and apologize, the administrator came out of her workplace and presented a "performance" with the words "Do you want me to kneel in front of you?".
We did not continue to participate in this "circus", because it is pointless to explain something here and try to make sure that other people do not get into such a situation, and no one accused them of non-payment, and did not force them to go again to pay something extra, and did not call how collectors call debtors.
The administrator, alas, further aggravated the whole situation and our good attitude towards the vet clinic. Although all you had to do was be able to talk normally with people, sincerely admit your mistakes and apologize for them if something went wrong, because mistakes always happen, the main thing is to correct them adequately.
