Recently, our dog became seriously ill.It was necessary to do an ultrasound urgently.We were admitted to this clinic..But the results of the examination turned out to be very doubtful at the subsequent consultation with other specialists, since there were big problems with the kidneys, and kidney ultrasound is the norm here.They also couldn't take a blood test from a pet for a long time, they pricked two paws..And when the bill was issued, I was just shocked..No, I will not recommend this clinic to my friends

I went to the clinic to give a 2-month-old puppy the first vaccination and almost turned gray. For the first time in my life, I was faced with the fact that a dog can be injected with an expired drug, without even hiding it. The vaccine was vaccinated on 02/14/2024, and the expiration date of the drug ended in November 2023. I saw the stamp only at home. When I began to find out how this was possible, no one even apologized and did not want to return the money until I indicated that I would go to court in this case. It's scary to imagine how many such dummy vaccines have been made yet, and people just didn't notice it. What if the animal got sick? How in general does your conscience allow you to do this, I'm afraid to imagine how many more different drugs you have with broken expiration dates

I have no questions or any complaints about the work of doctors and clinics, as I have not been to the reception. But I gave the cat tests, they were done on the clinic's own analyzer. The tests came with some incredibly strange numbers when one did not combine with the other. I retook it in another laboratory - almost all the figures in biochemistry and the blood clinic were completely different. Tests are too important a part of animal treatment, which I could have started by mistake, so I would not recommend taking them here.

You can't call this place a clinic. Okay, the desk.I hoped for their help. I was thinking of going or choosing something more reliable. Time was running out. I signed up for an ultrasound of the cat. there is already experience in clinics, so I knew the whole procedure of registration and so on. I identified the problem. He told me everything. as a result, the examination lasted 5 minutes. they made a preliminary diagnosis, without conducting an ultrasound (even as planned), that this is a tumor, possibly a planar cancer (previously) and they do not diagnose this. They sent me to the SAS or to Dr. Vet. from the dog's past experience, I know both of these clinics. there you will go out the door at least 100 times, leaving them without much manipulation. I decided to connect visiting doctors. I found contacts through friends and a doctor arrived 3 hours later. I examined it. He said yes, there is inflammation. but, this is not oncology. Let's take a look at the azikan.(an antibiotic).it doesn't have a quick effect, of course. but... in the morning, the cat stopped salivating. he ate well, drank (did not drink for a day), checked all his lands and went to bed...repeated injection in a day. my whole story boils down to the fact that the professionalism of this office has been reduced to zero for me. I paid 30 rubles just to record the data and my assumptions and print it out. moreover, I was not even given a conclusion. only a referral to the SAS or Doctor vet.
