I am very happy with the store..there is also a delivery ..and I ordered food and freezing...everything is at the highest level... a very nice salesman..He'll tell you everything...It will tell you everything...and I asked for advice and so on ..I wrote...They never left me without attention..
I can say the following about the store. There is a large selection of fish and food. The prices are very pleasant. When we came there, everything was very polite and tactful, everyone smiles very sweetly. I bought a lot of fish here - and barbuses, and scalars, and parrots, and guppies. Everything was always fine. She brought the fish home, slowly added water from her aquarium, then released the fish. Everything would be fine if it weren't for one unpleasant event that crossed out all the pleasant moments... On February 13, my husband bought 2 shark balls, added water, as he was told in the store. He was going to give it to me on February 14th. But the fish did not live to see the night... Both floated belly up... When I saw them at night, I called my husband, he convinced me that they were sleeping like this and it was normal for them... Allegedly, the young man who sold them to him told him so... It confused me, there were fish left until morning, but they never woke up... Naturally, we were upset, and in the morning I wrote to the store and asked why. The answer surprised me, to put it mildly... There is no need to sympathize, to say that it happens, they started saying that I did something wrong with them... I asked if compensation was provided for such a quick death of the fish, I was pointed out that this product is non-refundable... Honestly, it's not pleasant, I didn't need money, just a human attitude was enough. And so it turns out, until I bought the product, they will smile at me, but how the product is sold is your problem, everything is fine with us, the fish swim... And it turns out that I kill my own people on purpose, just for nothing to do.... In short, I will not come to them anymore and among my environment, in which there are enough fish lovers, I will not recommend them...
