We went to this clinic with a 4-month-old puppy
The dog was often sick, explained the situation to the doctor, he said that it was pointless to do an ultrasound and take blood, your dog is healthy, I exclude gastritis, she is small, you are just overfed.
This doctor claimed that you need to feed only dry food, another came and said that dry is complete nonsense and you need to feed only wet.After wet food, the dog was sick all night.
Then I noticed after the dog that her behavior had changed, she was constantly sleeping, not playing and not eating anything.
We went back to this clinic, got to another doctor, explained the whole situation to him, to which he said that the dog does not eat food, therefore it is sluggish, transfer to meat and sent us home.We also had to pay money for the medical care that was not provided to us.On the same day, late in the evening, the dog got worse and I had to take the dog to the clinic in Minsk at night. At the clinic, we were immediately provided with professional assistance, an ultrasound was performed, blood was taken and a diagnosis was made:GASTRITIS.The appropriate treatment was prescribed, at the moment the dog feels better.

I would never recommend such a clinic. A typical, economically developed "Branch", which was previously spoken about by simple kind people with only kind words.
Now the opposite is happening. Only a certain audience has been created around her, due to which the former kind person develops. For the rest, and also decent people with their pets, there is only a disregard for them now.
The economy should be economical, but when a person's soul is shitting, it's fear.

Not competent specialists. Prices are higher than in Minsk. The price does not correspond to the real one, in fact the amount is many times more. They take money for those services that were not provided during the visit. They do not print out cost reports with a mandatory list of services.

The Mainkuzya (cat) has been served only here for 7 years. He was not even a year old when the ICD began, the situation was very acute. I brought it back several times with poisoning and calcivirosis. Everything was always treated quickly and efficiently. They do not prescribe unnecessary procedures and examinations. Mainkuzya is happy and healthy.
In December of the 22nd year, a stray kitten was brought there, and I and the doctors had to tinker with the kitty: after severe frosts, the poor fellow froze, not all medicines were suitable. But everything ended well - now the cat is healthy, sterilized. I was very afraid of surgery and postoperative care, but everything went well. The cat tried to lead a full-fledged lifestyle the very next day. A month has passed - the seam is almost invisible. Every time I receive detailed instructions for the necessary manipulations at home, they never refuse to answer clarifying questions (they say, everything is written, we have patients, look on the Internet - there was an experience in another clinic to hear this), there is always an opportunity to call and clarify some points on treatment.
The only "minus" (which is rather a "plus" that speaks about quality) is the popularity of this clinic. If the case is not acute, and you have not signed up in advance, you will have to wait in a live queue. This clinic is almost never empty. So it's better to make a preliminary call. Acute cases, of course, without waiting in line.
