He's rude and there's no way to call this seller anything else. The answer to all questions about the feed was "no", I didn't even try to offer an alternative. I needed a feed without chicken protein, I asked her about it and in response I also heard "there is nothing." But about happiness, there was a Brit care sensitive in front of me, but the person did not look happy and said that there was a chicken in it anyway. The person has completely ruined his impression of the network, and I see that my bad review is not the first. If you want to ruin the reputation of the network, then keep such boorish sellers, but at least give them a training manual on feeds so that they do not disgrace themselves. Next time, the complaints will already be in the book. If you ignore the reviews, then I think after a few entries in the book, you will finally put your employee in his place and train him.
