It turned out that the packaging of the feed was cut / torn, the seller did not report this, but I did not check, I trusted. I was once in a Pet store on Levkova 30.The cat urgently needed food. I feed him Grandorf, but when I went into the store, it immediately became clear that the disgusting Royal Canin, Proplan and whiskey with their likes bought all their shelves.I asked if they had the one I needed.The seller said no (she seems to be blonde, tall with a short blond haircut, better remember and don't go there) and tried to offer me a good alternative from what is there.I hesitate to ask what could be an alternative to Grandorf with an assortment of roughly three brands.Well, I listened to what she wanted to tell me and she offered me hills.The curtain is simple (people who have animals and who are responsible and, although they do not understand much about nutrition, will understand).She told me something about the amount of vitamins, that meat in the feed is harmful (what, excuse me?)and finally, the cat is not a predator for a long time, I have only one question for the management: Are ALL your employees LIKE THIS, or do you still do at least scanty training so that they don't talk such nonsense?? We ended the conversation, since I could no longer listen to this and chose only canned food (fortunately, although there is some more or less choice among them, even though it is a complete food).But another horror awaited me further, because another customer came in and asked about a sedative during estrus.Of course, he was prompted, but at the same time they began to rub in about their safety and that cats in general need to be given them regularly all their lives!!!! A snake!!! I was in shock! How can you make such recommendations without being a veterinarian??
Unfortunately, I was faced with the incompetence of the employees of this store. I sent my daughter to this store for food, writing on a piece of paper what kind of food to buy and the weight of the feed is 700 grams. The purchase was meant by weight. The payment was by card. After the notification of the write-off of the amount, I realized that it was large for this purchase. It turned out that the seller sold her daughter 2 packages of 800 grams, allegedly she asked the child in bags or not, to which the daughter replied in bags, clearly implying that they would be put in a bag. As a result, I asked to return this purchase, after which I receive one notification about the refund of an incomplete amount to the card, and the second one again about the payment of 35 rubles. After that, I call the girl asking what's going on, why the money was debited again, to which I get an answer... I don't know anything, I made two refunds, so there are questions with the Bank .... in the end, she realized that something was wrong (instead of a refund, she made the payment again) and she returned the child and made a refund again... bottom line: due to the incompetence of the employee, 110 rubles were debited from the card, which will be returned to me only within 5 working days ....
and all because 700 and 800 grams from the seller are the same weight...
It was necessary to buy cat food urgently. I arrived at 20:45 - the store is closed, there is an ad "the store is open until 20:45". That's the whole service. Now I go to another one, there is less choice, but they work on a schedule
