One of the 9 lives and caring, the knowledge of doctors saved our pet. Thanks to Anna Sergeevna Guminskaya and all the staff, The prices are affordable, for all examinations and treatment +two days of hospital about 300 rubles, all appointments are justified by their necessity, everything is transparent, all documents are on hand, now we will apply there for vaccination in the future.

We decided to contact this clinic on 09.02.24, when our cat got sick. On Thursday, we were in the city the day before, the cat was diagnosed with a viral infection and had 2 injections, after which the cat developed strange symptoms - an unnatural turn of the head and a strange gait, as if coordination of movements was impaired. I contacted a doctor from the city, there were suspicions of a stroke or an infection descending into the inner ear and damage to the vestibular apparatus. The doctor advised to take tests and measure blood pressure in a private clinic, because they do not carry out these examinations. And here I was in complete shock. This "paradise" clinic refused us, because due to the cat's lack of vaccination, they suspected rabies! The cat lies, barely walks, when he walks, he staggers, drinks water (I brought it to him in a bowl periodically), no aggression at all, photophobia too - what rabies, oh, what kind of "qualified" doctors who do not know the symptoms of diseases! I read the comments and realized that fate protected us from this clinic, I wholeheartedly sympathize with those who turned here and lost their beloved pets... Ours was left to die altogether, you might say...
We contacted barabak, the doctor G.S. Khlusevich - huge gratitude, they accepted immediately, carried out all the necessary tests, the cat turned out to have an ind. intolerance to the hormonal drug, it was replaced with another and all the symptoms passed. The infection was also treated, the cat is almost completely healthy, coughs still sometimes))
We will not even think about contacting this clinic, I did not see any love for animals and a desire to help there, doctors in the city clinic are even much more humane.

I really want to leave a review on this institution! If you want your pet to receive qualified help, run away from here! I don't want anyone else to get hurt by them! Outwardly, everything seems to be so well and compassionate, but in fact it is not so at all! There are different situations in life and we are all in a hurry and not everyone has time to sit next to an animal when they are doing an IV. The only question is, do they? Yes, they called my number and told me that he was feeling better. Let's dig through to the evening? I agreed. I was confused by the receptionist at the entrance, who stopped me, saying that my cat was dripping and I had to wait. An idea immediately crept in... Are they dripping? A day in this "knacker's shop" cost me 188 rubles, but I was ready to give the same amount. There is no more my Timoshka! People don't go into this slaughterhouse! I would like to write for the doctor separately... You didn't give him any help, but gave him to me to die in my arms! Heartless people! No one will return my cat to me, but I don't want other people to get into this situation! I had an appointment for Saturday, 9.30. No one even called me and asked why we didn't come! And when I called on Sunday, they told me that the doctor was busy at the reception. Is this a doctor? If you want your pet to stretch out its paws, contact this institution. What is the name of ZooRAY! And your conscience is not clear! You had no action after I left! The administrator detained you because you didn't even put on an IV! I'm sorry that I trusted you! A terrible clinic in terms of service organization.
4 visits by appointment - we wait 4 times (hour +).
Irresponsible, arrogant, useless administrators who take contact numbers from clients, but do not bother to call if the client cannot be accepted for his time. When trying to report this problem, the administrator says that we are not in the store. Then why is there a time reservation? Oh, yes: for the administrator, it's just a record and we have to wait as long as necessary, but we "can't" find out the time, call and tell how much the record is being shifted.
Example: during our last visit, people came 3 times to pick up their animal, but they were not given it, because not all procedures are over, although the time is called beforehand.
I do not recommend this clinic.

This is not the first time I have applied to the Zoo Paradise clinic. There are excellent staff, professional veterinarians and courteous service. A cat was recently neutered in this clinic. Before that, they were vaccinated. Everything has always been great.

There are always a lot of clients in the clinic. Almost always by appointment. But they also accept emergency cases, they do not refuse. The service is not cheap. There are ultrasounds, laboratory tests are being done. There is no X-ray machine. The quality of service is normal. Animals are treated with love and a desire to help. There is a pharmacy on site, you can buy food and OTHER small things.
