It's not normal. There is not a single sign banning photography anywhere. Okay, if a person were shooting with a flash, then you can still understand. However, there was nothing like that.

We were going to buy degas. We went to the store on Partizansky Prospekt, there was a very large cage, but they said that it was low for squirrels. Here the cage was 4 times smaller and they tried to impose it on us. It cost 4 times more than a large cage in another place. They don't like animals.
