The first trip to this clinic for our pet was the last in his life. We arrived for dental surgery, but the dog didn't come to his senses anymore. When prescribing dental procedures and when prescribing anesthesia, no analysis was taken, and no ultrasound of the heart was performed. When asked if they would take tests, the doctor replied that they did not need to take anything, the dog was about 6 years old, not young, but the doctor did not consider it necessary to conduct at least some tests. After the first failed anesthesia, a second intravenous anesthesia was immediately administered, from which the dog could not get out on its own, because they were sent home from the powerful anesthesia, and not under the supervision of a doctor. The doctors did not give a clear answer to questions about why no tests were taken or an ultrasound of the heart was done, trying to put the blame on us, and only after asking which of us was a doctor and should know all this did they feel guilty. But the first thing they did was sign a piece of paper stating that they were not responsible. For them, it's just a "mistake" as it was said, but for us, we lost a valuable family member and a reliable friend. Nadezhda, if you are running out of time and you are running out of work, do not undertake operations so as not to bring the whole thing to an end. They gave me a piece of paper to sign about the risks, but somehow they didn't consider it necessary to talk about the risks themselves and how to prevent them. The worst decision of our lives was to entrust Nikki to the Zoovet clinic. I hope in the future they will not make such "mistakes" so as not to ruin other lives.
In January 2025, I had to ask for help. The cat refused to eat and was sluggish, it became clear that he was unwell. After my call to the clinic at 9:00 a.m., we were admitted in 20 minutes. The doctors, Valentina and Nadezhda, examined and probed the cat completely sequentially (lymph nodes, abdomen, mouth, temperature), listened to the symptoms, and diagnosed a viral infection. They prescribed treatment. They gave a lot of advice on care, feeding, explained in detail, showed how to give injections, how to inject medicine into the mouth. They answered all the questions in an accessible and unhurried way: why? Why? when? Where? how? how long? What else is needed? We have left contacts if you have any more questions. After 2 days, the cat came to life, began to eat, after 5 days - there were no signs of malaise. After a repeat visit, they gave recommendations on vaccination against such problems. Doctors Valentina and Nadezhda deserve the highest praise. Thank you very much for your help, professionalism, mercy, kindness, patience and sincere desire to help not only the pet, but also the owner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
