If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would put 0. The cat vomited for two days. 29.08 I brought it to the reception in the morning. They felt the stomach, gave a pill for worms, the diagnosis was "the stomach is clogged with wool from abundant molting." They gave out a package of funds for the removal of wool and normalization of the gastrointestinal tract !!! 175 rubles and sent home. The cat stopped eating during the day, and became sick with water. Thank God I had the sense to sign up for another clinic on 30.08. Where the cat's temperature was measured, blood was taken, according to which she was diagnosed with dehydration, X-rays were taken and lo and behold! They found a foreign body that clogged the stomach. They dug her up, gave her a package of medicines and booked her for surgery if the foreign body did not move in a day. And for this I gave 145 rubles. The cat was examined for an hour, dripped, diagnosed. And in this clinic, the Zoo reception lasted a maximum of 15 minutes, a visual examination, without measuring the temperature and asking me if the cat is prone to eating inedible objects. This situation calls into question the professional suitability of the doctor of the Zoovet clinic, 175 rubles for a package of unnecessary drugs + 25 rubles for admission. Plus, there are no checks, a paper conclusion and a written treatment plan for the animal.
And, in principle, to immediately issue a package of dietary supplements at the level of 175p without warning about the cost of individual items, generally shocked me. Not everyone in our country will be able to immediately pay 1/3 of the average salary in the city for removing wool from the body. There are no prices on the boxes, I probably had to go with a half-dead cat to look at the windows to assess whether I would pull the bill. Below I will attach an X-ray image from another clinic, where a foreign object is circled, and not "the wool has clogged the stomach, you need to wash it and do an express molt." We visited this clinic today. Let's start with an Instagram post, the manager met me, clarified the data, signed us up for a doctor, everything is very pleasant and cool. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly. There are shoe covers at the entrance, a place for hand treatment . Doctor Maria Dementieva received us today! Caring , careful attitude , the animals immediately reached out to her . The seals did not feel any discomfort , they did all the procedures , the veterinarian told us about proper nutrition and how to properly issue documents . I was satisfied! Let's take another look in a month 😉

I was very pleased with the service provided at the Zoovet clinic and the attentive attitude of the staff and especially the doctor Maria Dementieva. After sterilization, there was a very small seam and the doctor gave recommendations on care and further feeding.
