Хорошее отношение продавцов к покупателям. Сразу как заходишь у тебя спрашивают что бы вы хотели приобрести для своих питомцев. Персонал отличный, знает всë о товарах, быстро и качественно предложат купить всë что необходимо вам. Правда из минусов товаров немного и цены немного завышены - можно поискать по городу и найти дешевле.
