There are special cages for animals where I stay for procedures. There is also a crematorium here. And I am grateful to them for this service. It's still better than running around looking for a shovel and a place to drop your friend.

We made purchases of food for dogs and cats, the prices are affordable, the range is wide.
I also bought food for feeding selected strippers (marble cockroaches and mealworms).

But there are big claims to the organization and management of the clinic. Either there are not enough staff, or everything is being done very slowly!
There are always queues! Some kind of fraud among doctors and patients 🥴
You can sit and wait in line by appointment, but then a dog or other animal can be brought in abruptly, saying WE NEED IT URGENTLY. And the fact that we need it urgently does not count!
I called the other day and asked about the castration appointment. They said to bring it by 11 o'clock. I brought the cat at 10:30. They said to pick it up at 18:00. I arrived for the animal at 18:20. And the monsters didn't even approach the cat. But they said that there were a lot of urgent operations. Here comes the question! Well, then why the hell set a time? The poor, hungry cat was operated on only at 19:00🥹 disappointment! And there are a lot of such situations! We arrived for an ultrasound by appointment at 12:30 and went in at 14:45🥴
You can't say anything to the receptionist grandma, only that they are the best. I do not dispute that good doctors. But there are ZERO organizations!

And there is no difference whether you treat people or animals, I did not notice a special love for animals, which is not compatible for me. Love in itself is a healing force, and working on an automatic machine as on an assembly line to receive a salary is not about doctors. The pet store pleases with its variety, but the prices leave much to be desired. The administrator is generally a separate topic, a boorish lady with a claim to knowledge who at the same time tries to teach breeders with experience. Those who have been visiting the clinic since its opening know it firsthand. I believe that the director and founder of the clinic should have paid attention to the repeated complaints about the behavior of his employee long ago. The clinic is good, but requires some improvements. IMHO
