It seemed expensive for this price.
1. The location is excellent, the very center.
2. The rooms are cozy, with an application for an author's design.
3. The plumbing is a little tired. The drain is clogged, water overflowed over the sides, flooded the entire bathroom.
4. The staff is friendly. They only speak Georgian or English, but we had no problems with that.
5. The room rate for May 2025 was 340 lari per night. No breakfast.
I think the fair price is ~GEL 250.

We stayed at the hotel for almost a week, a room with a terrace. The impressions are very good, this is a fresh beautiful hotel with the best location near the old town.
But there are important details.
1. The hotel occupies two floors in an apartment building - the first, the eighth and the attic. The entrance to the hotel is separate, and the elevator is shared with other residents.
2. The room with a terrace is very beautiful, the terrace is simply luxurious. There are two ways out, which is also good. However, there is no separate toilet door in the room, there is only a common sliding glass door to the bathroom, and therefore the audibility from the toilet to the bedroom is one hundred percent. This could be a problem.
3. Although Zorba&Bond calls itself a hotel, de facto it is more like a guesthouse, since there is no hotel service here. There are no breakfasts, no laundry, no room service and so on.
4. There are many as yet unpolished details for convenience. For example, the back of the chair in the room slides back and it always needs to be corrected, the balance of hot / cold water is sometimes very difficult to adjust, only one key is given to the room for guests (without it you will not even enter through the lobby door) and more. I hope they will fix it in the future.
Otherwise, it is fresh, beautiful, in an excellent location.
