A complete failure in the service of both the waiters and the administration, who did not allocate more staff to the event. Let me remind you that this event takes place in this institution regularly and every time there is such a situation with the service.
There are not enough waiters, either they don't care, or they weren't ready for the influx of customers. But the order was carried out for a long time, for clarity, the drinks were carried for more than 40 minutes, the food for more than an hour. We went 1 time, probably they don't make a conclusion from 1 time, but next time if it's different, we'll change the stars
