My name is Galina. I really liked the work of the team! We ordered a kitchen in the shop of the Factory "ZOV". Consultant Tatiana is a very attentive and competent specialist, answered all our questions, made a sketch, helped determine the fittings. We made a competent measurement, took into account all our wishes, not intrusively, but convincingly advised where to place the equipment (and turned out to be right, we are very satisfied). The furniture was made within the time stipulated in the contract. The collectors are neat, polite, removed all the garbage, after their work, leaving us only the opportunity to admire our beautiful kitchen. Ekaterina Dryk Excellent, smooth work of the whole team! Designer Olga told all the pros and cons of materials, which accelerated and simplified the choice of facades and countertops. And the design took only 1 hour! And without any adjustments! Specialist Dmitry arrived for the measurement within a week, and soon provided a drawing with recommendations on electrics. I recommended this furniture salon to my friends and 4 people have already applied and ordered a kitchen!

In 2016, a kitchen was installed, but unfortunately I had to change the countertop, thanks to specialists, if you can call them that! Firstly, the countertop was cut off out of size, later glued, secondly, the skirting board was screwed to the countertop with screws and moisture got into the countertop (I hope you understand what happens to chipboard when moisture gets in)!!! IT'S SWOLLEN. So think about whether this kitchen is worth the money that is being asked for it!!!

Отношение к покупателю НИКАКОЕ!!! На тебя смотрят и отвечают с таким нежеланием общаться, что невольно задумаешься, а стоит ли сдесь что-то покупать! Думал что консультант подойдёт что - то подскажет,но нет. За сумму в 6000byn намодулировали кухню из низкозортного материала, если сравнить с аналогом, то можно купить за 1000byn в любом мебельной готовую и будет тоже самое по качеству,но не по цене На все вопросы про мебель отвечали с такой неохотой, что все желание отпало заказывать у них.

Заказывали кухню . Остались довольны. После того, как сами случайно испортили дверцу, (спюстя год) помогли с реконструкцией! Очень благодарны!
