Thanks to Ivan for his good, pleasant and attentive attitude to customers, he is always calm!even when the project has been redrawn 15 times, it is always in touch, it will fully answer all your questions, if necessary, it will convince you and if necessary, it will tell you the right solution) now in the kitchen..The choice was long or modular, or custom-made in the Call.. We ordered a Call in the color of a Sishel, the kitchen turned out to be calm, restrained and sooo cozy, especially in the evening with the backlight on... the facades are very heavily marred .. once every two days, you definitely need to go through the facade cleaning..and one more thing, but due to the bright dark countertop, it's unrealistically cool to shoot a video of cooking 😅
We have been using the kitchen for about 2 months now, everything is fine, I hope the quality will remain for the next 10 years.)

The order for kitchen furniture has been completed. The project was done by a very nice young man, Ivan Kostyanko.It's a pleasure to work with him. Every call, every question was answered, even on his day off, when Ivan is riding a bike, he will not ignore the call. The project took into account all the whims of the customer. Even the location and shape of the handles are thought out, it seems a trifle- but no, you understand that it was very important. Thanks to his work and ability to find a common language with the client, we decided to order a kitchen from them! I finally got to the review! We have been using the new kitchen for 2 months now and every day I enjoy and am glad that we decided on this renovation. We chose from several salons and eventually stopped here, because from the first minutes of communication, designer Ivan convinced us that he was as interested as possible in doing exactly what we needed, while he really understands materials and mechanisms, without the desire to "sniff" the most expensive. He fussed with us like with children, explained everything and was always in touch! A very positive and friendly guy! He helped me realize my desires and save money without losing the appearance and quality of the content. The assembly was also carried out by the installer Ivan)) and it was our great luck! He is also a very hearing and most accurate specialist. It really feels like the guys are really worried about every project. For ours, for sure! Thanks a lot to our cool two Ivans! From the first minutes of communication, it became clear that people who are passionate about their business, professionals who create ideal projects, work here. this salon resembles a family friendly Georgian restaurant. When a modest appearance is compensated by the level of service. The salon is not very big, but the guys there work aerobatics. They really root for their kitchens and worry if something doesn't work out! Vlad the collector can do anything. I understand the assembly myself, but there's a man's hand full of be healthy)

Short Alexandra Yurievna! Ideally, a correct customer service specialist! We saved up for the kitchen... 2-3 years old. We went, looked at the prices, figured it out. I'm aware of everything around me... approximately. Sasha with his patience, kindness in setting the problem: "I do not know what I want, but I want it to be beautiful and inexpensive" helped me decide. At least 2-3 times we came just to "Talk" at Matusevich 35 (Minsk, the Call of Optima). She showed, explained, paid attention with kindness and patience, without pressure, "Well, are we making out?" She endured all the family squabbles.

A very, very pleasant experience of cooperation with this company.
1) There were no sky-high promises, like that the kitchen will be made to order in less than a month, etc. I know the specifics of working with furniture and I know the timing of kitchen production.
Then the manager Lydia immediately warned that from a month to two.
2) Prices for custom kitchens are lower than those of competitors by 15-20 percent. I don't know what this is related to, we calculated the same project in different salons, it turned out cheaper here. If we compare it with small private traders, the difference will be even greater. Maybe it was our project that came out that way, or maybe, in principle, the prices are the same.
3) It was very pleasant to communicate with our designers during the production of the order. She got the impression that she cares and really makes sure that the kitchen is prepared and delivered as soon as possible. Sometimes, after signing a contract, all "customer orientation" disappears immediately.
4) The installer Alexander is no stranger to creativity, it was really nice to watch the installation of the kitchen, how masterfully everything was done.

Ordering a kitchen sounds simple enough, but when you think about how many factors a good result depends on, your head is spinning: here is the competent work of the designer, and accurate measurement, and the absence of jambs from the factory, delivery, and installation. When all these stages go smoothly, then you can give a good assessment. In my case, that's exactly what happened, the guys took a turnkey kitchen order and did everything clearly. Apart from the wishes for the kitchen, nothing else was needed from me. They were constantly kept informed and informed what stage they were at. In general, a pleasant experience of cooperation.

The kitchen was installed 2 years ago, I'll tell you right away they wrote a review, but for some reason it was deleted. As a result, there was no designer, or what, but there were a lot of alterations, both on the part of the designer and the factory (2-3 times they changed different pieces of wood, as they could not normally make it in size), customer-oriented only until you gave the money, a separate conversation about collectors. If they messed up, the Kitchens are CALLED (CHTUP "Modular solutions") I won't help you, we have nothing to do with them, the collectors have no receipt or guarantee, the factory kitchen cost like a wing from a Boeing. As a result, they gave up on all our demands to do, they did not return the money, they left it as it is, and they say contact wherever you want. Think before you order here.
