They seem to position themselves as a legal office, there is an UNP, they ask for a contract to be signed, they accept personal data for processing, giving an agreement for signature. But at the same time, they are offended by the consumer's attempts to fully familiarize themselves with the service provided. And after that, they refuse service altogether. The reason for discrimination against consumers trying to exercise their rights remains unclear to me
