As a result, everything was set. As soon as the master left, he began to figure out the smart lock on the door and it turns out that they put the cheapest Chinese stuck arni larva cut off by a grinder in the door for $ 2,700 (probably this is what you expect from German quality) and I just can't even close the door with a key. I called Director Nikolai with a request to send a new larva, thousands of promises and breakfast feedings throughout the month. Finally, I received the promised cylinder, which Nikolai sent to me WITHOUT KEYS, with a bolt that does not fit it, in a box from another cylinder)) It's just kind of surreal. They position themselves as a super cool company selling premium doors, but in fact they spit on the customer as soon as they receive the money. About a 5-10-year warranty (or whatever) I washed it down with water after the master left. I checked the company with my wallet, I would not advise others to repeat my mistakes. As a result, I bought and installed the cylinder itself (abus is + $ 200 so that a smart lock can turn the cylinder, it turns out that a smart lock is not designed for every cylinder), although I expected not to do this, giving almost 10,000 rubles. I am attaching a photo. I was hoping to get a normal cylinder (any adequate one, even if it wasn't sharpened for a smart lock corresponding to the door level), although it was no longer relevant - just look at the attitude towards the client and write a normal review, but I got tired of these games. I supplement the review: After the publication of my review on November 7, they contacted me about my review on November 19. I also pointed out the laminated jambs (added a photo) and reminded them of the cylinder without keys. A replacement door was proposed (sometime in the spring or about six months of waiting, or decorative aluminum linings) and they also offered to pick up the keys to the cylinder that was supposed to go by default to the door at the nearest car service. By a happy coincidence, a trip to Minsk was planned. I arrived at the salon on November 30, 2024, of course, no one at the service station was aware of any keys from Horman. On December 2, 2024, I was contacted and asked if I had collected the keys. It turned out that the keys were left in another service, which is located further away, of course, no one notified me where exactly the keys would be left. On December 5, 2024, they offered to send the keys in any way. I dropped the contacts marked no difference: euro mail/belpost/any other way. On the calendar is December 25, 2024. So far, no one has sent anything or contacted me again. For a month, they could not send the keys to the cylinder to smooth out the situation, by the way, the post office is 5-10 minutes away from the office. Certificates or customer cards that the company writes about are the same as buying something else from these guys with further reporting of their money and playing familiar and unfair games. PS: If we talk about the gate and the door themselves, then they are good (if you close your eyes to the jambs with lamination), there are no questions about installation either. But such doors and gates are sold by other companies across the country, perhaps with a better attitude towards customers and less hassle.
