The hotel experience was not up to expectations. Upon check-in, there was an unfortunate mix-up where the receptionist gave us the key to a room already occupied by another guest, which was quite uncomfortable. The room itself was decent but nothing special. The breakfast selection was limited and not as rich as one would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, the stay was just okay, but there are certainly areas for significant improvement.

The steak was enjoyable, cooked to the right temperature and full of flavor. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the interior had a nice ambiance. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. Overall, a good dining experience, but there's room for improvement in service speed.
