I booked here on 8 of March, and that was my mistake.
I just wanted to eat a good steak with my wife. While booking a place, they told me I have to pay 30.000 AMD check in case of 2 people, I said ok. They said I cannot stay longer than 2 hours, I said ok.
Once there, I found small table with dirty seats (probably from previous clients), I was expecting someone to come and take care of it, and was standing roughly 3 minutes next to my table, even though there were staff standing, everything seemed okay to them. Eventually I cleaned the seat myself. I will not talk about how waitress was talking to us, we ordered steaks and barbeque veggies. Barbeque veggies were awful, and I said waitress to take it from our table and said it was cooked very badly - he answered "ok" took it and just left.
Table was so small and so close to the next table, that guy sitting next to me was closer to me rather than my wife.
Finding separate bill of 10% on every dish for "kitchen service" was not the best feeling, adding another 10% on top of everything for tip is just whatever...
Even though we left half of food on the table and left, noone asked us how was food or smth like this.
Long story short - we went to have a nice day, and were ready to pay.
As a result - we paid a lot and had an awful day.
2 stars only because the steak was OKAY.
One of the best pubs in town! Love it, the atmosphere, the guys, barmen and everything. Good for a group of friends as well as going there with family, although I would recommend 18+ after 22:00-23:00
You get the best quality here, but you need to know that there is no free cheese in this world. They are above averagem
Staff might not be the most polite and professional, but you have almost no interaction with them. The interior is old, used and broken. Once you get inside the hot bath with minerals you forget everything. Best visits when there is snow and cold outside.
One of the best places to relax and have some massage. Suitable with family and with friends. One of the best moments is that you will have a good quality tea after a good massage.
Good prices, good fast food. Staff is very nice and welcoming. The manager is very polite and is doing his job great. Waiting time might sometimes take long, only when there are a lot of clients. The interior has a unique design, which I personally like.
Food is awesome here as well as part of the staff. Only the barman was too unwelcoming.
They have a small zoo, which is quite interesting with nature. Awesome pool party for a big company guaranteed.
Quite good quality printing, good prices sometimes perfect communication with client, although its frustrating 2 things, they do not have delivery and time for printing is taking too long.
I can compare it to airports in Berlin, London, Kiev, Tbilisi, Sofia, Bansko and Bucharest and will give my 5 stars with great pleasure.

I wanted to give 4 stars, but then I thought of how good the service looks in general. Employees are quite nice people, although a couple dozen of training will definitely help them to work better in a service sphere.
