The place is quite far from the city center, but it is quite possible to get there, only difficulties with public transport.

A run-of-the-mill mini supermarket in a residential area of Yerevan. Average selection of goods and products. Average staff training. Not a very convenient entrance without ramps. If you are unlucky enough to live in this area, then this is not a bad choice.
