We deeply relaxed in this wonderful environment. Every little detail was taken care of, and the room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous. The chef here is a food artist, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Definitely the best place I've stayed in Russia, and in my top picks in the world. Special thanks to Nikolai & Svetlana at reception, and also Susanna, Yegor, Sonya, Vitaly and Aleksei at the bar.
