We love this restaurant. Great quality, normal prices. More enjoyable than Duo Forne, Semifreddo, etc - it’s simple and delicious Italian, without the unnecessary pomp. One thing that is unfortunate - their service is terrible. Remarkably worse since 4 months ago. Where to start? The waiters sit down, chat together, and wait. They don’t pay attention to guests or have initiative. They don’t pay attention to the “call waiter” buttons. They seem to forget they are there to provide hospitality. We waited 20 minutes for our wine - when we asked about it, the server acted like we didn’t order. It still took 10 minutes extra after that - we had to walk to the bar to take it - self service, why do you guys pay your servers at all? We called for 10 minutes for them to bring spicy oil for our appetizer. We had to walk to the sitting waiters. The icing on the cake - we ordered 100g extra meat on the pizza. They did not put any extra meat on the pizza - and charged us essentially the price of a second pizza for the imaginary extra meat. Very disappointed. This restaurant has become much worse since our last visit. We have been many times and referred many guests. If there is no improvement the next time, it will be the last time for us. Management - wake up. Fix your wonderful restaurant. Start with the lazy staff! Picture context: prosciutto pizza with 100g of extra prosciutto. You judge yourself if that is 200g of prosciutto.
