Geliştirilebilecek hususlar: - Çevresinde katlı bir otopark yapılsaydı çok daha iyi bir planlama örneği de olabilirdi. - Teras katı kış aylarında ısıtılabilmeli. - Giriş katındaki oturma alanları yaşlı davetliler için arttırılabilir.
