“I had a really bad experience at this shop, especially in the ladies’ section. The staff was completely unhelpful, and when I asked for assistance, they seemed uninterested in helping me. To make things worse, the manager, Sofia, was not truthful about resolving the issue. It felt like she was more concerned with defending her staff than actually helping a customer.
