The hotel is renovated recently, and everything looks luxurious, clean and new. The Rooms are outrageously beautiful and modern, with all the amenities you will ever need, and the beds are extremely comfortable.
The location is wonderful, as at night is super quite and you can sleep soundly, and at night you can reach any where walking with 15-20 minutes.
The employees are wonderful and very helpful, and specifically Mr. Hossam, who show us to our room and help us with everything we requested at the check in and he even give us guidance on what to do and where to eat and how is the easier way to go reach some places, he is a Super Star.
We stayed for 4 nights in September, one of the nights we had an issue with the AC and they handle it very well and moved us to a different room to continue our sleep.
The only downside will be the long stairs up and down from our room every day, as the elevator was not working at that time, however, they were working on it when we were staying there, so i am guessing once they fix it, there are no excuse not to stay here for your next visit to St. Petersburg, it is highly recommended
