First of all, personal quality 0!. I booked online. But there is no article on the site about required documents. I have been many hotels in Moscow, Doesn't matter 3 star or 5 star, they didn't ask for any documents other than passport. But Art Moscow even asked if i have a patent 😄. Did I come to the job interview or to the hotel? I am confused. The staff at the reception said that they could not help because they presented our information to the police and could not accept guests with incomplete information. Somehow they accepted my passport after paying extra money (+60% extra). I definitely do not recommend. Smart Tv is not working, need to update. The update didn't finish until morning. Also there was a problem in the bathroom. Even 1-star hotels offer better quality service than these.
