Beautiful property, nice igloo-dome glamping stays, friendly staff but very slow service, restaurant-cafe has very limited options on menu though the food and drinks were excellent, stay/tariff very expensive specially during the holidays, other activities like Baniya/snowmobile ride etc also quite overpriced, not easily accessible location, limited services available so not really a luxury stay, the large and beautiful property is the best part.

Good food specially Italian-pizza & pasta, very nice ambience, excellent service - there was very fast service of our order which was great because my children were very hungry! Nice festive decor since we visited during the Christmas-New Year holidays. Pleasant staff. Special mention to Maxim-our server who took our orders (in English) and served and clicked our photos on request- all with a lovely smile!

Great ballet training school. We extremely enjoyed our workshop there. The ballet teachers are extremely professional, talented and experts. Ms Olga and Ms Elena are very nice.

The best thing about Shater restaurant is its location… right by the Chisty pond, the setting is so beautiful and more so in summers! The food is excellent. Good taste, good portions. You can get some vegetarian items also. The staff is very helpful. Waiting time was not much when we visited, we got a table immediately, and the food was also served pretty fast only. The decor is lovely with tree branches hanging around, flower baskets and indoor as well as outdoor seating. And I would particularly like to mention and appreciate our server Ms Yasmina, who speaks excellent English (thankfully for us), is helpful and has a lovely smile..! The whole experience was so pleasant and enjoyable.

It’s a fine dining place with awesome ambience… the food is delicious, very well prepared, authentic, wide variety with good options in vegetarian also. Mainly Italian cuisine. Some Russian food items also available. It’s not too expensive. And the service is excellent. English menu and English speaking staff also there. Tiramisu is just the way it should be - divine! And the chocolate ice cream is lip-smacking! Great place whether to go with family, friends or business clients!
