We had a 2 week stay. Nicely renovated. Great location- quiet area with metro and many shops within 5-10 minutes walk, near 2 main bridges crossing to Red Square or Kremlin museums. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Every room is a little different. They were happy to let us choose. Knowing a little Russian is definitely a help. Basic pay-for laundry service was very helpful as well.

The staff and administration were really great and helped us to get a seat even when it was sold out. The performance of the Mozart and Tchaikovsky by Спивпков и скрипачка Шио Окуи был отлично и незабываемый.
