A Hidden Gem with a Homey Vibe
I stayed at this hotel recently and was genuinely impressed. The building itself has a very authentic, charming look—definitely not your typical cookie-cutter hotel. It’s located in a great spot too, close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful.
What really made the stay memorable was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. It felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. There’s a warm, welcoming vibe throughout the place that’s hard to come by.
If you're looking for a place with character, comfort, and amazing people, this is definitely it. Highly recommend!

Только заказал кофе пока мыли мою машину на мойке по соседству. Кофе был очень не плохой. Наблюдал за сотрудниками и ребята очень доброжелательные.

Хорошая атмосфера. Нормальное обслуживание. Очень вкусный шашлык и салат с баклажан. Стейк готовить не умеют. Но это не место для стейка.
I visited your sports bar on October 17th at 9 AM and left feeling underwhelmed. My first two choices, the club sandwich and another option, were unavailable—strike one. I opted for the steak sandwich, and while the mustard was impressive, the rest of the dish was lackluster. The fries were particularly disappointing—cold and unappetizing. My cappuccino was decent but could use some improvement. I recognize that Kazakhstan has a strong tea culture, but a good coffee experience shouldn’t be too much to ask. On a positive note, the server was friendly and attentive. Overall, it wasn’t the dining experience I had hoped for.

Почему не поставил 5/5. Плитка в душевой подустала. Аж потрескалась. Чтоб фен найти надо искать с собаками или самому становиться детективом.
Персонал иногда тупит.
Надеюсь исправят ошибки и будет все хорошо.
Очень душевное место. Кухня на 4.5 обслуживание на 5. Один из официантов рассказал нам о историческом здании в котором находится этот ристоран
По кухне. Заказал стей медиум реар. Сделали очень хорошо. Остальное все ок тоже.

Absolutely nothing to write home about.. Came for lunch 3 times since they opened up. Last time was probably the last time.
