I bought a Gucci lipstick from the airport duty free shop( Terminal C). The salesperson did not give me the correct shade of lipstick and when I went to return it they refused to take it back. It was the correct number but instead of Matt they gave me a glossy lipstick. Not my fault! But I had to pay for it and also go through a rude exchange of words. Please make sure you check the product before buying especially cosmetics.
