I'm frustrated with my IELTS test process at idp. Answers of the test were leaked some hours before the test (at around 9 a.m.) and some people were already ready for some parts of listening, reading as well as writing. (Edition: January 25 test's answers were leaked, too. (Just answers of the listening part 1, part 2) It was shared to a telegram channel at 11.59. I didn't like the source I was given, it had been used before a lot of times and was not authentic. (I wonder how come and why) I will take the test with BC next time for sure.

Useful staff, affordable prices, and good service.

Well, let's start with the staff. Quite useless. When we were choosing our main course, we wanted a mercimek soup also, then we were told that ordering a main course, we can get a mercimek soup for free per each meal, so did we))) However, the portion was the half of half. Maybe 100 grams. They explained it as it was for free)))) We then asked to add more and suggested to pay for that. They usually bring the whole pot and serve it in front of you, which is quite strange. The addings for soup is not usually served separately, i mean, bread and a piece of lemon for all 4 of us were in the same dish. Cream (smetana or kaymak) is served with mercimek soup all over the world except Bursa café. I wonder why. I think they should visit other cafés to learn what to serve mercimek soup with, in case they don't know, because i don't think they do. I asked for some cream, but they ignored that. I don't understand, how a spoon of cream cannot be found in a big and famous restaurant. All in all, whatever happens, the client should be served well. We will never go back to Bursa.

Long queues, but good service. Friendly staff, clean, warm building. But, as a client, I'm not satisfied with the prices. (High percentages for loans, not decreasing percentage of loan)

Playground is suitable for mothers rather than children)))) enormous playground with a range of games and activities, children will love it for sure. The price is a bit higher than usual, and it is a good value.

Staff is helpful, once you try to call the waiter and look for them with your eyes only, they are ready to get your order. I don't know how they understand your eye movements)) Atmosphere is 💣💣 I would say it is a place to have dessert or coffee rather than meals, however pizzas are also tasty. I love latte there. Beautifully decorated, just outstanding 🌹🌹🌹 Ideal place to meet friends and have endless conversations. The best thing about this café is that there is no service charge, you leave the tip as much as you want. That's the stimulus for waiters to do their best, i guess.

Minus one star just because of the fountain. You can't watch it unless you buy a ticket for the theatre there. What if you don't want to watch a play, but the fountain? ⛲ You should pay 50 000 soums and watch it without paying attention to the play)))) Overall, good place to walk in the evenings. Very clean 😍 We love there especially, lavanders 🔥🔥🔥
