The lady serving tables here is definitely not happy being at work. At least that’s how we are as the customers felt over here. Obviously, it’s a known brand and the restaurant has got plenty to offer. But, and this is really a big but, Anzhelika Vysotskaya, probably being to proud with her last name, is definitely not leaving out the best impression of her attitude and goodwill. Sorry can’t give more stars at this time

Amazing hotel, all in tip top quality and service expected. Just a small remark : the gym could be slightly bigger. Particularly enjoyed the lobby area, very stylish and comfortable.

Awful service. Waiting staff have no idea how to handle incoming streams of customers, waiting time until magic people make a magic action, waiters forget orders, disgusting attitude - the worst version of the brand. Good time for management to re-think how they run this place and who they hire to work over here

Great petite place, fully renovated. The food is of exquisite quality, if you’re after a real mangal / BBQ eateries, with fresh veggies and salads, and drink of your choice, for a real fair place - don’t skip it up - visit! 🫶

Unfortunately, this place is highly overpriced. Despite, the great choice of wines, cocktail, and interiors, they should review the price range they’re giving for 0.125 glass of wine and the snack equal to a cat’s bite for a price of a main meal. Other than that, it will probably have a great potential for the local residence of Palazzo.

Nice petite cafe. Gorgeous croissants, the best I ever tried. Decent coffee. Not quite spacious but enough for singles or couples. Stable non-disrupt Wi-Fi. The staff is nice and friendly.

Great anti-café experience. The venue is large and has exactly 12 rooms which you can choose and stay there is as long as they're available. Normally if they're pre-booked, you would know how long you can stay over there. There basic, tea, and coffee passes which give you unlimited access to respective drinks, snacks and water are also available for free. What could be improved is probably renovation for some rooms which I hope it would be just a matter of time. Recommend to all who's looking for an alternative temporary workspace.
