They are not honest. While the price online was 4000 rubles per night. They charged me 6000 rubles, I didn’t realized, I just paid, and then they charged me $70 usd (7000 rubles) for washing 1kg of clothes, when I asked for a receipt, they surprisingly didn’t have one.
Absolutely discussed by their work ethics.
The music was super loud, I went to have a business meeting and I could barely talk, I had to scream as if I was in a club, at 3pm on a Monday… I asked to lower the volume down and they refused. Absurd.
