Well designed boutique hotel with great looking and clean rooms. Common areas like the lobby doubles as a cosy reading space with a library for guests to use and the NEON restaurant puts on a solid breakfast buffet with good fresh food. Staff are friendly and efficient! You can use the spa at Kazan Palace which has very good facilities and the spa menu is extensive. We tried facials, massage and hammam which were all done by experts. I would definitely go back again.
