We recently stayed at the Kadashevskaya Hotel with our family, and our experience was somewhat mixed. The location was great. Unfortunately, one major downside was that the air conditioning in our room did not work for five days !!! And when we asked to change our rooms they said the hotel is fully booked this made our stay uncomfortable, and we found it difficult to relax in a very hot weather in the room. However, I must highlight the exceptional service provided by a staff member named Diana. She was always available and did her best to assist us with any issues we faced during our stay. Diana’s kindness and dedication to helping our family significantly improved our experience, and we truly appreciated her efforts. We hope that the hotel can address these issues in the future so that guests can fully enjoy their time.
